Artisan silicone moulds are not just for pastry any more. This mould is great for sugar and chocolate work or for adding garnishes or an element to a dish such as a flavour infused gelatine. You can now add a little colour and the many choices of sizes will allow you to compose a wide variety of geometric arrangements.

12mm cavities, 55 per mould. Made of food contact safe silicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 450° F/ 232° C.
