Natura

Natura is the project dreamed up by Albert Adrià, and the result of two ana a half years researching new ways of expressing himself through the elaboration of desserts.

Throughout this process of exploration several techniques have cropped up that now give rise o 49 desserts inspired by nature and a result of the “young maturity” that the author, after twenty-three years of practice, has reached in this exciting and demanding profession.In the words of Albert himself, “If this book gives professionals pride while fulfilling this trade, I will feel fully satisfied”.
