Founded in 1945, the Augusta bakery has been crafting Panettone according to the original recipe for Panettone Milano. To this day they use the same care and artisanal preparation methods like all those years ago when the bakery was first started. Using only the best butter in Europe, not margarine like the cheaper panettone out there, and an exquisite mix of candied fruits and raisins, together with a special leavening agent there's a reason this is considered one of the best Panettones in Italy.
