Description
Bauli traces its history back to Verona in 1922. A small, romantic city in the North of Italy and the hometown of Ruggero Bauli. He started pursuing his lifelong passion for baking in a small pastry shop where he learned the techniques and secrets of traditional Italian baking. Together with his wife, they opened the most popular pastry shop in the city. Together with the help of his sons, they made Bauli into the company it is today.
Pandoro is a Christmas cake that is traditionally a star shaped cake. Each box contains a sachet of powder sugar for dusting over the Pandoro.
Made following the production guidelines of the AIDEPI (Italian Confectionery and Pasta Industry Association) which ensure that only the highest quality ingredients are used.
Natural leavening - naturally leavened and oven baked which makes the cake very light, soft and fluffy and is delicate in flavour.
