Description
Bee One Third's A-grade honeycomb is selected for its purity, colour, flavour & most importantly, its virgin wax grade (1st cycle through the hive). Combined, this ensures the softest, most delectable mouth-feel.
The honeycomb is textural, mildly sweet, and completely edible.
How to use honeycomb:
- As a statement piece on any cheese board or seasonal menu.
- Pairs perfectly with cheese, charcuterie and crackers. Use as you would quince paste.
- Smothered over crumpets or warm sourdough toast, above a generous layer of salted butter (use Pepe Saya Butter for the full flavour experience).
- Cube over granola, warm oatmeal or porridge.
