Founded by the Passalacqua family, BioOrto prides itself on growing organic olive oils and produce at the foot of the Gargano National Park, where naturally flowing mineral waters irrigate the crops and enrich the soil without stagnating. Combined with careful planning and well spaced crop rotations, this allows BioOrto to farm sustainably.
Perenzana - This oil is unique in terms of its quality. The balance between its bitterness and spiciness, its moderate fruitiness and its low level of acidity make it one of the most treasured extra-virgin olive oils. It has a full and captivating scent and gives off an aroma of unripe tomato and aromatic herbs. It is the perfect complement to delicate dishes and is wonderful with fish tartare, shellfish, baked fish, salad and vegetable marinades.
Ogliarola - A limited edition that expresses the link with our land and the three cultivars that represent it, from the plots of land that have been part of the Posta Dei Colli farm from the start.
