Heng Shun Chinkiang Vinegar has a deep, almost smoky aroma. Deeply coloured and tastes fruity (though it’s less sweet than balsamic), with a touch of umami richness. It works well as a cooking sauce for braised dishes, stir-frys or as a dipping sauce for dumplings and seafood.
