Cream Stabiliser

For when you need your whiped cream to hold air, texture and mouth feel for extended periods of time or to stop the cream in your cake creations from weeping and melting. 

Ingredients: Sugar, Vegetable Gum (401), Maize Starch, Thickener (1422)
