Malic Acid Granules

A sour organic compound in the form of a colourless crystal derived primarily from fruits such as apples. Used in the food industry to give confectionary that characteristic sour taste, wine manufacture and as a food flavouring/acid and preservative in fresh fruit juices.

Usage: As required per recipe, starting from 5gm per Kg/L
