For over 135 years Pimenton El Angel has been producing paprika in the La Vera region of Spain. The family-owned company still uses the same traditional methods and works with farming families who have been growing for them for many generations. El Angel is widely recognised as producing one of the best pimento products in Spain and is prized for the deep smoky flavour, intense colour and distinct aroma.
