Description
A naturally occurring acid found in grapes and bananas, it is used in the food industry as a souring agent and antioxidant. When combined with sodium bicarbonate it forms baking powder. Tartaric acid can also be used to make mascarpone cheese. Ingredients: Tartaric Acid 100% Usage: From 2+gm per kg/l
Note: Cream of tartar is not the same as tartaric acid
