Description
Our naturally extracted smoke powder allows you to incorporate the rich flavours and aroma of smoke into your food without having to subject it to direct hot or cold smoking. Use it directly into finished products such as dips and sauces to add flavour and aroma, in marinates before cooking or in stews, pies and meat mixes such as sausages and burger patties. Can also be used in sweet applications including in chocolate ganaches, tart fillings and cheese.
- Usage: 1-3gms Per Litre or Kg
- Keep cool and dry, between 6 and 24-degree celsius
