This delicious paste has all the characteristics of summery watermelon, a rich ripe flavour with deep aroma and colour. Perfect for use in ice cream and gelato, sorbets, glazes, desserts and more.
Usage: Icecream and Gelato - 20-70gm per L, Sorbet - from 25gm with watermelon juice or 60gm without juice, Glazes - 25-40gm. Usage will depend on the desired flavour and colour you would like to achieve and you may need to use more or less.
