This is a classic Indonesian 'Sambal Asli' (original chilli sauce) that has been handmade in Melbourne from Australian grown chillies.
This delicious hot sauce starts off mellow and creeps up on you (a 3/5 for heat).
Should be applied liberally to rice, noodles and much more!
