Cabernet Sauvignon
An authentic and versatile Spanish Vinegar made with Cabernet Sauvignon red wine. Expect a full-body vinegar with an intense crimson colour and a delicate fruity and vegetable base. Use it on pickled meats, salads, in vinaigrettes and as the base ingredient in some preserves (mushrooms or vegetables).

Chardonnay
Vinegar made with Chardonnay white wine aged in French oak. Expect a balanced, elegant and direct vinegar with hints of white fruit, honey and chamomile. Its aging in French oak barrels gives the vinegar delicate toasted notes. Perfect for enhancing the flavour of white fruit salads (apple, pear, nectarines, and so on) or as a base for preparing vinaigrettes and sauces. Thanks to its subtle aromas, this Chardonnay vinegar can also be used to marinate anchovies and pickle fish.

The combination of sweet PX must and the aging process makes this balsamic a unique and exquisite ingredient. Use for preparing vinaigrettes and sauces for meat, pasta and vegetable dishes.
