Made in Oaxaca to a traditional recipe, this salsa of chillies is mixed with pumpkin and sesame seeds as well as fresh garlic to make a paste that is perfect for use in dips, sauces, marinades or as a topping to rice, meat and more.
Dip Recipe: Mix mayonnaise (1/3 cup approx.) and 1-2 teaspoons salsa macha for a great dipping sauce that is excellent with fresh prawns, shellfish, tacos and fried foods.
