Mama Liu's Dried Shrimp XO is a dance between traditional XO sauce, chilli oil and sambal. Inside you'll find Sichuan chilli flakes mixed in with freshly toasted sesame seeds and dried shrimp.
The perfect seafood condiment to drizzle over fried rice, roast vegetables, eggs and grilled meats.
