A very fine finishing powder, lustre powder is perfect for adding some sparkle to your chocolates, macarons, cakes and desserts. Apply to chocolate moulds and acetate sheets before moulding chocolates and creating chocolate garnishes, sprinkle or brush onto macaron shells to finish or add a sparkling sheen to drinks and cocktails.
Apply with clean dry artists brush, sprinkle or dust with a fine strainer.
