Description
Found throughout the Middle East, Aleppo pepper is made from Halaby chilli pepper and derives its name from the Syrian city of Aleppo and is used as a condiment to season meat, beans, salads and more. It can be used like any other dried red chilli flake.
Also a staple in Yotam Ottolenghi cookbooks!

Ingredients: Pepper (chilli) flakes, salt, vegetable oil
