A dry Japanese condiment used to season rice, vegetables and fish dishes. Often brightly coloured and flaky, it can have a slight fish or seafood flavouring and may be spicy and/or sweet depending on the base. 

Our range of Furikake includes:

  1. Nori Tamago: Made from a base of dried nori seaweed and dried egg, this Furikake has a deep umami flavour and richness from the egg and goes well with rice.
    • Ingredients: sesame, cornstarch, sugar, glucose, salt, isolated soy protein, seaweed, bonito, green tea powder, pumpkin powder, wheat, milk powder, egg yolk powder, raising agent (500,341,450,170), soy sauce, tea seed oil, monosodium glutamate, colour (133.124)
  2. Katsuo Mirin Fumi: Made from a base of sesame seeds and bonito this Furikake has a deep seafood flavour and nuttiness that make it a perfect seasoning for seafood dishes and green vegetables. 
    • Ingredients: sesame, bonito extract, salt, sugar, soy sauce (soybeans and wheat), colour (124), tea seed oil, seaweed (nori) - Contains Wheat 
  3. Seto Fumi: Known as the whole mix this is a blend of bonito, sesame and egg, this Furikake packs an umami punch and has a savoury flavour that goes really well with cucumber or avocado salad, in soups or with seafood.
    • Ingredients: bonito, sesame, egg yolk granules, egg yolk powder, isolated soy protein, milk powder, pumpkin powder, raising agent (500, 341, 450, 170), seaweed, granular tea, sugar, soy sauce (soybeans and wheat), corn starch, maltodextrin (corn), colour (124), tea seed oil, monosodium glutamate,
