Description

Durable wrought iron is used to craft each single piece frypan, so no more rivets coming loose, to a 3mm thickness that ensures even heating and excellent colour on your meat, seafood or vegetables. It's also almost half the weigh of other cast iron, making it easier to lift and store.
Preseasoned or Quenched, the pans come with the oven seasoning done for you. Your Quenched pans will come with a strong black seasoning foundation, so you can get cooking straight away. It's never been easier to make the switch to healthy, sustainable iron cookware!
As this is still real seasoning on iron pans, acidic foods and detergents can still erode the seasoning. But no big deal, it's always fixable with a little touch-up seasoning, or just keep cooking. These pans are made to be workhorses, not beauty queens.
