Description
Produced by extracting and processing the endosperm from the guar bean, Guar gum is used extensively in the food industry in a number of capacities. It can be used in baked goods to increase yield or in gluten-free baking to bind ingredients together, in dairy to thicken yoghurt or improve ice cream texture and in dressings and sauces to hold emulsion.
Usage: Depending on application and required result, starting from 2gm per Kg/L
