Description
N-ZORBIT is a maltodextrin derived from tapioca that has been specially designed to have a very low bulk density. Used commercially to increase the volume/ bulk out or alter the texture of dry mixes, frozen foods and baked goods. It can stabilise high-fat ingredients and also transform them into a dry powder when blended together.
Usage: Fats to powder, up to 30gm fat to 10gm N Zorbit Maltodextrin, blitz together in a food processor and pass through a sieve for a lighter fluffier powder. To start with try Nutella, Peanut Butter or Nut Oils and work up to rendered fats and infused oils.
